Privacy

Most of this site stores nothing at all. The calculators run in your browser; what you type never leaves the page, and the shareable link keeps your numbers in the address bar, not on a server. One feature is different, and this page is about that one.

Emailing a load plan

When you use Email to driver, three things are sent to our server: the address you typed, the PDF, and your note if you wrote one. The PDF and the note are handed to the mail provider and are not kept afterwards. The address is kept.

What is kept, and why

  • The driver's address — kept as a record that a plan was sent there, with the date and a count. That is an operational record, not a mailing list. It will never be sent anything except a load plan somebody asked us to deliver.
  • Your own address, if you asked for a copy — kept the same way. If, and only if, you ticked the box, it is also marked as willing to hear from us when a new tool lands. Nothing else, ever, and you can say stop at any time.
  • A one-way hash of your IP address and a counter, so nobody can turn the send button into a machine for posting attachments to strangers. It cannot be turned back into your IP address, and it is discarded after a day.

How long

Addresses are kept for 24 months from the last time they were used, then deleted. The abuse counter lasts a day.

Who else sees it

Two companies, both acting on our instructions: Cloudflare hosts the site and the database, and Resend delivers the email. No one else. Nothing is sold, and there is no advertising or tracking on this site — no analytics, no third-party cookies, nothing that follows you anywhere.

Getting rid of it

Write to libeksarmands@gmail.com and say which address to remove. It gets deleted, usually the same day and within 30 days at the outside. You do not have to explain why. You can also ask for a copy of what is held, or for it to be corrected.

The legal bits

The controller is Armands Libeks, Riga, Latvia. Sending a plan to the address you typed is processing necessary to do the thing you asked for; keeping your address to tell you about new tools happens only on the consent you gave by ticking the box, and you can withdraw it at any time. If you think this is being handled badly, you can complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
